In our company, if we have a new part needs the AX number, we should apply in the internet AxArticle(sharpoint), then the related department will update the information. After all the information have been provided, we’ll register in the AX 2012, then releasing the the item, updating the information according to the internet AxArticle(warehouse, engineer, cost group…)
In my view, applying the AX number hasing been done twice. so I want to know what process in the other companies? I think whether the the internet AxArticle(sharpoint) can integrate with AX 2012 production? So that when we fill in the data in the sharepoint, the data can be synchronized to AX 2012.
