What is the global address book in AX 2012 for ? and do we have to fulfilled our company, all vendor, all customer, all employee first in global address book or the information that we fill in each master automatically transferred to global address book ?
If you create a vendor, for instance, information such as postal addresses and telephone numbers are stored in the Global Address Book. You can reuse it if the same entity will have a different role, such as the vendor will become a customer as well.
You don’t have to (and can’t) fill the Global Address Book separately from business entities.
