what are the tools or best practices for Comparison of Finish goods products in Old and new Axapta for cutover

We are currently in process of switching over from Old AX 3.0 to AX 2012. I want to compare the finish goods products in both systems to make sure both have equal quantities of same products with same dimensions and there is no discrepencies. What is the best practice and tools for it?
