Weird issue in BC Version 27.3 (Recommend don't upgrade)

Hi,
Is anyone else also getting this issue?
Many of my clients compaling that when BC upgrade to 27.3 version, the Search of Item Lookup page is not working and system got held

Here is the use case

User open the Sales Order

To to Line Item

Open Full Item List to Search

Put the Item Name

When user click on Item record or press Ok or Cancel

Nothing happening, they need to reload the page again and I got same issue from many of my client.

Does anybody knows the solution.

If no body know the solution then I suggest dont’ upgrade to version 27.3 because it has this major bug.

Our environments were upgraded yesterday and we are experiencing the same issue. You’re not alone.

Is there some kind of fix or workaround available ?

We found if you hid the Unit Cost Field from the lookup page of all things, the page then opened without the issue.
