Void Check When Lines Exceed One Stub

Hello,

We have recently upgraded to Version 17 from 2009 R2. Our 2009 R2 system had a special check printing feature. If the check lines exceeded the amount on a check stub, they would print on the next check and void it.

Is this a customization? Or a feature we can turn-on in BC?

Thanks,

Matthew

Matthew,

Base BC, Check Printing, when the Stub documents exceed the rows, will VOID the check section and move to the next page. Are you using a Check-Stub-Stub, Stub-Stub-Check or Stub-Check-Stub report document? These are available within BC. You can use Custom Report Layout to add Logo and move fields around but the base functionality to VOID when Stub is exceeded still applies.

Thanks,

Steve
