Visual Studio "Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances"

Getting an error in visual studio when I try to build/deploy certain SSRS reports. It is not on every report. Using Visual Studio 2013 and AX 2012.

1. Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances (exception from hresult 0x80131401)

2. The “GenerateRdlTask” task failed unexpectedly
