View History Number squnce production order

Hello everyone

can i see number sequence history.
example

PO-001
PO-002
PO-003
PO-004

if i delete PO-004 then next number PO-005
PO-001
PO-002
PO-003
PO-005

i will view history number PO-004
where can i see the history PO-004?

I’m not quite sure I understand your question. You can view Finished Production Orders and sort by the Prod. Order number. This will give you a list of the Finished history and you can analyze your past Production.

If you delete the Prod. Order header from the list, you’re going to have a hard time pulling up the information about that order.

If you want to know who deleted PO-004, you could use the new Monitored Fields feature (BC Cloud) or Change Log (NAV), tracking the deletion of the Production Order No. field. Anytime you use these features, less is more in terms of information tracked and always setup a retention policy to clear old entries.
