Vendor workflow multilevel approval setup

Hi

Requirement is related to Customer and Vendor creation thru Work flow. When a customer of vendor is submitted should be approved by employees of two groups. One employee each off Group 1 and Two Please, How to give user names in Workflow i tried by using job title but its not flowing its throwing error and got stopped. Requirement is 1st level user A & B are there either A or B has to approve, and in 2nd level C,D & E are there either C, D, or E has to approve advice

I have created the position hierarchy as explained in the link which you have given and configured the work flow as explained in the link but am getting this error

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: The hierarchy provider did not return any users.

at SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolve

SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolveHierarchy

SysWorkflowQueue-resume

SysWorkflowMessageQueueManager-executeTask

SysWorkflowMessageQueueManager-run

Position hierarchy i have given as Organisation ← A ← B ← C

and stop condition is set to “stop where employee.Line manager level =2 once vendor is created and submitted its going to C. C approves it then its not going to B at this point this error is coming
