Vendor creation issue in AX 2012

Hello experts,

I am trying to create a vendor in AX 2012, but its showing below mentioned error when I am trying to save the records.

Cannot create a record in Tax Information of Vendor (TaxInformationVendTable_IN).
The record already exists.

Please let me know what the possible cause and possible resolution for the same

Hi Joshi,

May be there is an existing or any duplicate value will be there.And once again check the number sequence.
