Hi all,

we need to setup a blanket PO to cover an agreement for a 48 month term. It will be invoice quarterly.
Do we just setup a PO for the full value or is it better to use the purchase agreement functionality? I prefer “Purchase agreement” but really what are pros and cons for each option.Thanks

It depends if you are calling off stock and how these are then invoiced. Agreements give you control, visibility against commitment etc.

Better you can create a purchase agreement so that you can release the quantity as per the requirement.
