Using Counter, tag for physical Inventory in Nav4sp2

Hi all!

How can I change my settings to be able to:

  • Use Counter

  • Use Tag No

So let say, there is a sheet where there is a Tag No, a Counter No ( unique ) so people can enter information like this below:

Item No Decription Tag Counter Tag Counter Tag Counter Quantity.

Ex: User Jim counts Item ABC 100 units, Bon counter item ABC 200 units for location XYZ.

So at the end , Navision updates the “Quantity (Physical Inventory” filed" with 100+200 , with Tag No, Counter, …

Any suggestions???
