Users Cannot See Data in Custom Smartlist Report

We created a custom Smartlist favorite report, but only the sa user can see the data when loaded. Others can view the report but no data loads. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Did you try running the grant.sql script?

Not sure if you ever got that figured out, but when adding new Custom SmartLists, you need to grant specific SmartList security to the users in GP, so they can actually see the data…

Assuming this is for an object built in SmartList Designer, you’ll need to create a security task that has access to the SLD Object you created. Then add that task to a new security role. You can see the “test” objects I built in the screen shot as an example.

If the SLD object is based on a view, did you give DYNGRP access to the view?
