Hi All, As per the Audit guidelines, we need to download Userwise - Access provided to the users from the Production Server every month and should be reviewed and approved by the Finance Head. Can you please help me how to extract the same from AX ? Thanks in advance.

HI, Thanks for the update. We are using MS Dynamics 2012 R3. We need to generate a report every month → User wise, what are the roles assigned to them ( example PO Maker, PR Maker, SO Maker etc… )
There is no such report available in AX 2012. You have to create one as per your need.
