Use of Financial Dimensions in Free Text invoice Lines Ax 2012

Hi All,

Would like to know how to display the financial dimensions in a form field’s segment using code.

I want to know how to relate the default dimension in freetextinvoice Lines to display the dimensions name and values using code.

Please share your thoughts… I can’t understand the dimension concept in ax 2012 …

Hi,

Financial dimensions can be entered on FT invoice on the lines. That is a standard process. Default dimension can come on the Ft invoice if the same has been entered on customer master. How do you want to display the dimension?

Hi Rupesh,

You can set the default dimension in the FTI Header by setting a default in the Customer Master file.
