If i have an excel file with a list of names, amounts, and bank account numbers, is it possible to upload all of these at one time and do an ACH payment from that one invoice to multiple bank accounts, rather than entering each one individually?

You can have an XMLPort built , there is something called Mapping that would allow you to map a table to excel and allow to import from an excel or Rapidstart from 2013 on.
