Can anybody please tell me the steps to Upgrade Navision from Navision 2009 to Navision 2009 SP1.

Open NAV 2009 db in NAV 2009 SP1 exe, and Compile all the objects.,
You should actually backup and restore.
Backup - creating an fbk
Restore in the new client.
This will only do a technical upgrade.
If you want to do a full upgrade. You will need to merge your modified objects and import.

Will that cover UI customization also or Do I have to do UI Customzation changes??

It’s just like any other upgrade, but no data changes. You need to merge your objects and import the new ones.
So merge objects
Backup
Restore
Import merged objects
Compile
Test
