Upgradation of AX 2009 to AX 2012

Hi,

I am using AX2009, I am from manufacturing industry. I am using AX2009 since from Oct’2011. Now I am planning to upgrade AX2009 to AX2012. I have checked my lic. , servers , all are ok. As a point of manufacturing industry and upgradation of AX2009 to AX2012, can any body share their experiances? Any kind of experiane or problems faced by you peoples like precautions, some necessary steps must be followed, check list, additional resource, practical problem etc.

This will be great help for me.
