Update QTY decimal display value upto 4 digits for Infolog and Inventory trace tree in ax 2012 R3

Hi DAX Experts,

Please note that i have amended the QTY EDT value to display 4 decimal values in AX.

Now in some infolog messages the QTY values are showing only 2 digits and Inventory Trace tree is only showing 2 decimals for QTY.

It is because the values are rounded to two decimal places by the stringFmt functoin.
