How to update the client kernel version 5.0.593.0 of AX 2009? Please help.

It appears you have AX 2009 RTM version (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/axsupport/archive/2012/03/29/overview-of-ax-build-numbers.aspx)

I would suggest to upgrade to AX 2009 SP1 first. And then Rollup 8 on top (if required).

Install SP1, after install GLS and Install Latest RollUp. check the below link for hotfixes and RollUp updates.
