Update Business Central (Cloud) - Set Update Date


I have a client currently on BC Cloud 19.5. I need to upgrade the same to latest 20.1. However I am not getting the option to set the update date as Update Scheduling Available is No. I have made the code changes for the obsolete functionality but not deployed it yet as the version is not upgraded and it gives me error while deploying.
Earlier, I had the option to schedule the upgrade date but now I am unable to do so.
Any suggestions as to how I can move ahead ?
The date just keeps pushing by a week.
