Underdelivery of line is xx.xx percent, but the allowed underdelivery is only 0.00 percent in Ax 2012

Hi,

We are getting the following error during receiving of partial qty against purchase order even-though we did not specify any over/under delivery percentages against the items.Also both over/under delivery options checked in procurement and sourcing parameters.

Error : Underdelivery of line is xx.xx percent, but the allowed underdelivery is only 0.00 percent in Ax 2012.

Can anyone knows why this error is coming ?

Even I checked Delivery tab of the PO line there also Under/Over delivery percent is set as Zero only.Still getting the error.

Hi chinniAX

You get the error because you have specified zero percent. The percentage you specify is the percentage of over or under delivery that is allowed. If you set it to zero, under/over delivery is not allowed.

If you set the Under delivery percentage on the order line to a number greater than that in the error, you will be allowed to post the receipt.

If you set the Under delivery percentage for all items to 100%, you will always be allowed to post a product receipt for any under-delivered quantity.

In this case it should not allow all items either over/under delivery.But I’m getting this error in only for few items.

So you have some items where you under-deliver, but you don’t get the error? And is the under-delivery percentage on the order line for those items set to zero?

It is when you close the order on under delivery, or over receive - otherwise the items are set with percentages or it is entered on the line.
