Hi,
i have a query regarding posting transfer order while receiving the qty to desired warehouse.
Suppose i make a transfer order From warehouse:Y WH to warehouse: Z WH of Item A of 100 qty.
When i shipped 100 qty ,qty is sold from Y WH and it gets purchased by transit warehouse.
But i received same qty i.e 100, then 100 qty is sold from transit warehouse and 50 qty get purchase by Z WH, remaining 50 qty status remained as registered.
If i again try to post receive qty=50 them i am getting error as Insufficient inventory transactions with status On order, Reserved ordered, Reserved physical and Picked.

any suggestion how can i receive my remaining qty.
Hi,
Did you checked whether the Item has sufficient in transit warehouse, if not, you will have increase the inventory either by PO or inventory journals and then try to do the posting it will work.

What update are you using upon receipt? “Shipment”? “All”?

In update, i am using receive now or All
Well All would call the message as you have part received so it makes no sense, receive now only works if you have defined the balance. Pretty sure you can receive the shipment - have you tried that?

when i am selecting shipment in update, there is no qty to post. find the attached file this is at the time of posting recieve.
Select the shipment number - the field next to the update that reads “shipment” and select the unposted shipment, making the assumption you multi-shipped the order. Failing that you may need a developer to debug it.
