Unable to make any change on User options file

Hi all,

I have facing problem during I click on user options file. An error prompt as below: -

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and the SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error locating Server/ Instance Specified)

Enclosed herewith the path: \System Administration> Common> Users> users> select action pane> Options

Any advise?

Can you confirm that you have no problem with any other form?
What’s your version of AX? (Please never forget to attach a tag with the version.)

So far other form okay, no issue. Only this form got problem.

Kernel version: 6.3.164.0
Application version: 6.3.164.0
Application: AX 2012 R3 RTM

Can you debug it to see where exactly it fails?
By the way, consider updating your system - you miss all hotfixes released in past two years.
