Unable to login.

When I try to start Navision as one of the users I get the message: Access to company CHRONUS has been been denied. (the message could be slightly different… …we are using the dutch version of Navision and my translation skills arent that great :))

After that I get the following screen:

The user has been created within Navision and within SQL but I still can’t login.
When I try to login as administrator everything works correct.

What am I doing wrong/forgetting?

Please check the sql permissions of that user in sql

The user has currently owner rights. (it’s probably way too much, but this way I’m sure that it couldn’t be an SQL permission issue)

In User Card there is a field called state, is it enabled.

You can go via User Setup also to user card.

The state is enabled.

Does he have a role (in other words any records in Access Control table)?

Please also check if in this table he has any entry with company name specified.
