Seems like BC has a new feautre(glitch) where you can’t double click and copy a whole item if there’s a dash in the middle. A lot of our product has item reference numbers like RG5-1234 and we used to be able to double or triple click on the part and it would highlight all. Has anyone else seen this and discovered a work around?

This was already in the BC. It’s a default feature. You just have to select a particular range; if it includes a dash, it’ll select the left-aligned word or letter, or if double-clicked, it’ll highlight the whole right term. It’s not just with BC; it’s everywhere.
That’s how BC works, to be honest. However, you can always customize it according to your preferences. We have done that for many customers, as many people believe in achieving a good appearance and a better UI when they work on system.
