Hi All

I have created a expense report and submitted, But i am unable to approve from EP or Rich Client

Do i need to set any user permissions or workflow error , i am unable enable post option

Please suggest



What is the problem you are facing here? Are you not getting the Approve action item? If Yes, view the error log description in the Actions=> View history and specify here.

Yes, you need to setup the expense report workflow configuration template accordingly and login with specific user/role etc to get the options enabled for you. The post option will be available through AX rich client only, once you approve the expense report.

May i know which user role to be asigned


“Employee Role” would do that!

Assigned Employee Role still unable to enable post option

Have you defined the workflow template? You can select any of the assignment type, for example say User: select any specific user and login with this user to get the approval action item in the expense report.

I have even created expense approval workflow

but still i am unable to approve

assigned roles appropriately

can u suggest me workflow components like work item ,Instructions ,assignments
