Transfering Values from one form to another

Hello

I want to transfer some of values from one form to another form need help…

Example::

One Form is there Inquiry Form. There are 20 Fields.

Searching on Item Table that Is this Item Available or not if not then after generating item no all the values from inquiry form should tranfer to item table.

Note only after generating Item No. then only all the values should transfer…

Add a menu button it Item card.

Which will call list Inquiry records…After selecting the Inquiry No., copy the values from Inquiry table fields to Item table fields…
