Transfer route doesnt exist

Hi!

We are using Microsoft Navision 4.3 SP6.

While executing the Planning Engine we getting hte below mentioned error.

" Transfer route doesnt exist " Transfer route from x location to Transfer to ‘Y’ location.

Can anyone please guide how to fix this error.

Not sure of the menu in that version - warehouse setup perhaps. But you have transfer routes telling the system how to get stock from A to B. I guess you use SKUs and have a requirement to transfer from A to B trouble is you have not told NAV how to do it. Define the transfer route to fix this.

No ,we are not using SKU’s. It seems some of the user has acitivated by mistake.

Kindly suggest how to deactivate it!

Simply delete the created SKU records.
