If we configure additional dimensions in accounting structure and update the account structure in General Ledger ~Setup ~Ledger the additional dimensions will be available in Financial Dimension Tab in Inventory Journal. You may update the details as required.
And what about on a transfer order, which is the point of this thread - what happens on that form?
Trying to post a transfer order…couldn’t receive it.

Provide a default receipt location for the destination warehouse and try to post the “Receive” in transfer order.
