in transaction of a voucher ,those two lines are not logical, please help me to understand why dynamics ax create those lines. thank you for your help in advance.
You would need to tell people the process that caused the voucher at the very least, and them some basic setup around the process.

If i understand you there is a mistake around the process, But i asked the people about the process and tell me they process with the same method but here Ax generate these lines.

You need to tell us the process that produced the voucher, and your setup around it. Just showing a voucher without any context makes it difficult to comment.
