Total - (sum(Amount) in Rpeorts)

Hi All, Can any one help me how to add a total field for particular column. e.g. If I want to add a field for sum(amount) in the reports created based on customer ledger entry table. Txs. M. Ramanath

In the “OnPreDataItem” trigger, add the following CurrReport.Createtotals(“MyField”); now when myfield is placed in a footer, it shows the total.

Hi, Iam asking like this customer1 - invoice1 - 100$ invoice2 - 100$ invoice3 - 100$ Total of customer1 is - 300$ customer2 - invoice1 - 200$ invoice2 - 200$ invoice3 - 300$ Total of customer2 is - 700$ Total of All customer 1000$ Based on your previous suggestion Iam able to get Individual customer Total. Now I need total value of all customers. Regards Ram

Insert a footer in You report and copy the amount control there
