today I learned that the to date in the price/discount agreement journal doesn’t work correct. According to the Microsoft White paper for trade agreements the “To date” is always inclusive, as well as the “From date”. But when I enter a new discount into price/discount agreement journal for a particular customer in combination with a line discount group the “To date” is always exclusive, for example:
Account code: Table
Account selection: Customer account
Item code: Group
Item relation: Line discount group
From date: 01.01.2025
To date: 09.01.2025
Discount percentage 1: 25 %
Find next: Yes
Then I enter a new sales order on 09.01.2025 with customer from the trade agreement in combination with the particular item from the line discount group and the discount does not apply. When I change the “To date” in the trade agreement to 10.01.2025 it works. The same procedure is different when I create a trade agreement with a normal price without discount, the “To date” is inclusive and the price is correct.
Is there a difference in the price calculation when it comes to line discounts?
