Thereis a qty error on Line 10000

Hi Guys,

One of my user is having the following error message “There is a problem of quantity on the line 10000.” when he is pressing F11 either to confirm a specific order or invoice. This is available under Point of Sales → Front Office → Ticket.

Grateful if anyone can help on that.

This doesn’t sound like standard Nav - are you using an add-on?

Turn on the debugger and you will see the code driving this error message.
