It might be some issue in the file.

Did you check eventviewer whether there is any info?

Yes i have checked the EV.

There is no much info :frowning:

it shows ‘#’ hexadecimal value 0*0f, is an invalid character, Line 12, Position 142.

Asharaf P

Did you check txt file whether it has any hexadecimal character as specified at line?

I have checked it. But NO.

i have noticed that in Caption Turkish characters are there. Is that a problem?

I am not using any Turkish.

Asharaf P

Not sure but can you delete Turkish Caption if existing in that line and try?

Is it possible the server you are working on has different languages installed but not Turkish so specific alphabet letters of the capionML are not properly identified?

Seems to be fixed with this KB, included in Cumulative Update 6.
