I have as user who is getting below error when trying to opening RTC,

The server “net.tcp://localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV/Service” is either unavailable or your connection has been lost. Do you want to attempt to reconnect?

Yes No

The user is having super role & i have sync the user.

After selecting the path (localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV)in the RTC login window, user is able to see the list of companies.

But when user selects any company error message is poped up.
There is no specific company assigned to the user.
The user is connecting through terminial.
I also tried on different user machine with Run as,but no success.

User is having Window 7 installed.
And this is happening to a single user only.

Is it user or hardware related?

I mean does this happen if the user tries to login from another computer, where other users are able to login?

OK the problem is solved.

The user was assigned a profile id in the User Personalization.
After removing the profile id,the user is able to use RTC.

We are yet analysing the issue with the profile Id. attachment in the user personalization.

Hi Erik,

I am encountering the same error with my RTC users when they add an attachment. Every other aspect of RTC is working fine except for attachments. Have you experienced this before?

The same problem i also faced but its for only one page and all pages was run quite well then i reduce the length of one field in table then problem was resolved

I Am Experience this error on Item Journal which field should i reduce??
