Dear All,

version: Ax 2012 r3 cu10

Sqlserver: SQL Server 2014

One client after generating pay scale and when he want to view “Employees Salary Debit Credit” under Inquries tab he is getting the following error :

The request failed with HTTP status 503:Server Error.

But other users no issues accessing this page.

I will suggest to check the event viewer of that user’s machine for better idea on error
