Hello friends,

I have added new parameter to the report ( Added it in contract class, refreshed report datasourses). The parameter does appear in report parameters and in design. However, when I try to deploy the report I get error:

The number of defined parameters is not equal to the number of cell definitions in the parameter panel.

I have found one similar case online:

However, after I manually add the new parameter through text editor in my report (ReportParametersLayout part) save the report file, restart VS and try deployment once more the error keeps appearing and my manually added lines have been deleted.

Could you explain what is happening?
Have you had similar experience?
