The menu item could not be opened - AX 365

Hi everyone. I’ve been trying to get around this error for the past few days and I don’t seem to be making any progress. It occurs after I click on a specific menu item inside the organization administration menu that was added by me (it’s not a native menu item) The error is the following:

It also shows the message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” on the messages panel.

I believe the issue is on the menu item itself, but I have no idea how to solve it.

Any ideas on how to fix it will be greatly appreciated.

Even i am getting the same error.

Sometimes it is working fine if i did a full build of my package.

Thank you for answering so quickly! I’ve already tried that but I keep getting the same error… it’s weird because I created another menu item that points to the same form and I get the exact same error.
