I Just Try to create a NumberSequencefor the customer following error was throwing.

The format cannot contain the specified interval.

If anyone help me please???

Please give us details about what you did.

Make sure the smallest, largest and number sequence format are consistent. Atleast largest number and # in format should be same.

Since why we can’t decrease the # ??

You can always decrease or increase the #. Just make sure that largest number field contains exactly same number of “9” as per the #. For e.g. If you set the number sequence to have 6 digits and thereby enter 6 # characters, make sure that the largest number has only six “9” in there.

The message which is popped up is a warning and you can safely say “OK”.

Subsequently update the largest number field and you will not receive any warnings / errors.
