Is it AX 2009 or AX 2012? The reporting framework is different in both versions.
You already have the answer in the forum you linked. In AX 2009, you cannot straightly export a Morphx report to Excel. If you save it as Excel, you may have to deal with the format issue. Use available export formats.
(or) design an excel export code for your need.
thank yo so much for your answer, its ax 2012.What should i do?
In AX 2012 , it is SSRS report. You have the option of export to excel.
Is your report a standard report? Or customized?
my report is not ssrs its a white paper report but they want to save as an excel format but in excel, there are a lot of blank columns .
yes it is a morphx report .sorry, in my language we call it like this so i translated directly:)
My answer remains same for Morphx even in AX 2012.
You should be using SSRS in AX 2012.
yeah but it is not my report,i did not create it in this format .I am not allowed change or create this report in ssrs format
I don’t see any other option then.
