Thanks for a great DynamicsCon Live in Denver!

How was DynamicsCon Live 2024? Did you attend? What did you like? What didn’t you like? Are you excited about Chicago in 2025? I know I am!

I thought this was the best DynamicsCon Live event so far! I met so many new people across all platforms! Some expo hall spaces could have been bigger. I am super excited about Chicago and visiting some of the sites I haven’t seen for many years!

I couldn’t attend this year, but Chicago sounds like a great location for a conference, I would be quite excited to go there.
Hopefully next year you do not penalize again independent consultants with attendance fees that are much higher than regular end users . We probably invest relatively the most by going to conferences as we carry our own costs fully, and paying more for attendance was an additional blow

Thanks for the feedback, Zvika. We’ve also been comping speakers for their tickets since our inception, and I think we’re planning on doing that again next year if you’d like to present something!

I did not attend this years dynamics con . I cannot afford to attend live event

Are the dates for the DynamicsCon next year already known for Chicago ? I plan to attend the DUG Summit this fall possibly, but it’s in TX, and living on the East-coast makes for a long trip… Chicago is closer

Summit isn’t a DUG conference  If you want to learn more about DUG and the non-conference things we do for the Dynamics community, let me know!

DynamicsCon live is May 13th - 16th again next year. Would love to see you there.

I think next year, we should have a little designated time where people from the forums can get together and meet in real life.

thank you Jacob! I know Summit is not DUG, but DCI… this is like the old battle between Microsoft Convergence and GPUG Summit… at some point you don’t know which you should attend and which one offers the most bang for your bucks… As others have stated, attending several conferences every year can become quite a financial charge for independent consultants, and you need to make choices about where your money is best invested… :smirk:
I’ve attended (and presented) in past DynamicsCon events… but never went for a Live one… UG Summits and Convergences have been on my Go-To events for several years and I was also saddened when Microsoft decided to not do that anymore and merge the content with other large events. With COVID, I haven’t been able to attend in-person events for a while and only started planning for something this year…

Well, if you purchase a ticket now there’s super early bird pricing. We also comp tickets to sponsors and also people that present.

Love to see some more GP representation at Dynamicscon.

I actually already applied on two different occasions to speak at DynamicsCon and unfortunately was not selected either time. At the time apparently I am not considered a “new speaker” enough, so I move on from that avenue of participation.

It was a great conference this year - I really enjoyed it!
Do you know when the presentations are released are they going to be emailed to us? There are a couple of my notes that I hope will make more sense when I see the presentation again.
