Task recorder error (System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access is denied)

Task recorder could not running.

It gives this error:

"System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access is denied

at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithCreateProcess(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)

at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()"

Please help me!!!

Please give us more information. When exactly do you get this error? Did it work before? If so, what has changed? Does it happen to more users and or more computers? Does it happen if you start the process as administrator?

I used Windows Server 2010 Standard AX 2012 R3 CU10 and SQL 2016 (so, a few users and computers)

No i didn’t work before, I run first attempt.

Yes, I starting the process as administrator.

File>Tools>Task Recorder

Configuratians is Settings>Parameters


Congurations is Settings>Industry


Configurations is Settings>Framework

Configurations is Settings>Hierarchy


Configurations is Record>New node

The second error may be just a consequence of the first error. Can you debug the code, please, to collect more information about what’s failing?
