When i create recurring api to import file. Batch job is ended.
And when checked Manage schedule data job > recurring data job :Status of task ID in is “In process” but not “Processed”.
How to know why it’s not work OR when task ID ended /error ? Where i could check status import job of file is received from API?

Not sure what your platform update (PU) is. But this is a known issue until PU12 and I believe this is fixed in PU15.
To find underlying issue - if this cannot be fathomed from execution log, then import has to be triggered manually.

I’m not sure but problem looks like recurring job is not mapping with data job.

OK . I set wrong entity name. It should be public name but i used AOT name . It’s my silly mistake. [emoticon:c4563cd7d5574777a71c318021cbbcc8]
