Dear all,

There is no company name specified in the Table data. Then how Navision can filter the data by the company wise ?

Can you please re-phrase your question. Which table are you talking about?

If you are interested in showing the data from all the companies in any report, then there is a function CHANGECOMPANY which is used for getting data from variour companies.

Check C/SIDE Reference Guide under Help, you can find functions CHANGECOMPANY and COMPANYNAME and how to use it.
Perhaps, you also need to chek DataPerCompany properties.

NAV knows which company you are in, and from there it knows where to look on SQL Server. On the native C/SIDE database server, the company name is a hidden column.

I think Daniel’s explaination is clear - the company name is an internal field hidden from the user/developer - are you still unclear?
