Hi, We’re having problems synchronizing with Japanese characters. The server is Windows 2000 Server (English), default locale is English, Navision Database and CommmercePortal Database are both installed with Collation 1252. On another machine, installed Navision Client with Double-byte Support(Default Locale is Japanese). Using this Navision Client to connect to the Navision Database without any problems and add some Japanese character to one Customer Name. Then we force synchronization of the Customer table and all of synch queues ends up in the error queue Checked the Event Viewer for errors and there are none. We have no problems synchronizing using the demo database Cronus International Ltd. with english data. Anyone done a double-byte commerce portal site ??
