Hi,

How to manage Sub-finished products, within the Main Product (for Projects.)

Assume we have a Finished Product “F” to be delivered for a Project, “F” has Sub Finished product S1,S2 and S3.

The BOM for S1 is finalised and we can start the Procurement and eventually the Fabrication too.

But We don;t know the BOM for the S2 and S3, because we don;t have the Engineering Design and drawings yet.

How do we handle this scenario in AX?

I believe they will be rolled into the cost of the FG, so you can load a manual W/O for S1 as you do not have one for F start this and ensure it is consumed in the F W/O for the project.
