I have to upgrade some customized objects to nav 2013.I have followed the necessary steps and have converted the oldcustom object file through TextFormatUpgrade2013 tool.Now when I am trying to import the file to Nav 2013 I am getting a strange error which is as follows-
’There is a syntax error in the import on Line 1,in position 0:Table 50007 PO Details Master 1 08/28/10 2:44:47PM A new object should start here’.

no,not yet because many of the tables are showing errors when I am trying to import individual table.

While you ran TextFormatUpgrade2013 tool, it has massed up some curly bracket. Open the formated object file, this should be .txt as you had worked with textformatupgrade tool.
look at the first line, export existing object to txt file and compare, how the first line should be.
