Reset the production order to Created status(Update → Reset status → Change the desired status to created)…

One more question is if I change the status, are all of the picking lists journal wil be rolled back?

Yes, it will tell you in an infolog.

BTW, do you know the reason why there is not such a way that we can cancel a production order as what we do for canceling the sales order?

Because of all of the inherent postings of WIP to the GL and what this would do.
