Do anyone could forward Step By Step Implementation guide for Business Central/Navision

That does not exist, you have to do some on-site training in order to get an idea of how you could implement the solution.

What product is it? Navision or Business Central?

There are many great books about implementing Dynamics NAV, check out Amazon or similar. Since BC is still so new, then there are not that many about this version yet.

But has Palle say, if you entirely new to NAV/BC (and ERP systems), then no book will be good enough for you be able to implement the system, unless you get weeks of training first. Implementing an ERP solution like NAV/BC is not something you can learn in an implementation guide line.

Once you have learned how the system works, how you install it etc. (which takes weeks/months - even with training), then an implementation guide would be helpful.
