SSRS Report blue text hyperlink - how to add it to for example PurchId on the Report ?

Hi,

sometimes then i develop SSRS Reports the blue text (hyperlink) is done automaticly for me, sometimes no its just grey text and no hyperlink,

how to add hyperlink functionality to PurchId on the report column - lets say as an for example ???
